I think in systems.
I'm a UX designer and consultant who specializes in untangling complex, multi-sided SaaS products — mapping how roles, data, and money actually move, then translating that into flows and interfaces people can trust.
I work best on existing products that have grown tangled: I optimize what's already there rather than starting from a blank canvas. UX audits are often my front door — a fast, honest read on what's working and what isn't — followed by the design work to fix it.
